OEFS — Ocean Energy Forum Support

Reinforcing Ocean Energy

In a nutshell

The Ocean Energy Forum Support (OEFS) is a 2026-2028 EU-funded project aiming to elevate the Ocean Energy Forum from an ad-hoc technical network to a structured, data-driven, and impact-oriented partnership that provides trusted intelligence, coordinates priorities, and amplifies the ocean energy sector’s visibility across Europe.

OEFS will strengthen and professionalise the network of stakeholders interested in ocean energy and establish a clear governance model, standard methods for collecting and validating evidence, and an open digital backbone for data and roadmaps.
